Ability to create unique email confirmations/auto response (to donation/registrations) based on defined criteria

Merged with this several ideas about having the option to send different email confirmations. Please add your ideas on this topic by commenting

1. Based on language preference. Allow the confirmation to be in the language preferred by the donor/registrant

2 . Based on designation. Each donation form can have several designations that donors choose from. But the form currently has only one email confirmation that has to be generic enough to fit any designation donors had chosen. This is far from ideal so it would be good to have the ability to create an email confirmation for each designation enabled on the donation form.

3. Based on donation frequency. Allow for a different message for donors that give once verse recurring donors

        Another example where I was looking for this solution: A sign-up/registration form where, depending on what state they fill out, they would get the confirmation text, and e-mail contact for the state relating to them. Also, this could be forwarded to the e-mail of the person from that state that would be responsible for this new registrant.
        All this could be achieved with one form and once confirmation email text. If that form/email needs updating/corrections, it only has to be done in one place.
        The workaround I was looking into would have to create and maintain 50 (or however many states are involved) separate pages that could be dynamically inserted. 1 is easier than 50...

        1) Based on registration type. We have at least 2-3 very different types of registrations and those participants need to receive very different information. We have had several conversations with confused participants who had to receive one general confirmation and subsequently did not receive vital information about their particular registration type.

        2) Based on purchase or opportunity draw: People who buy raffle tickets or merchandise are confused when they receive an automated email confirming their donation. We use a custom field to indicate if the donation is a purchase of something and it would be good to include or exclude a confirmation email based on that.

        Hi, We need to tell donors that they signed as monthly donors with X dollars a month. Monthly donors usually do not have an end date in mind so the total committed amount is not the important part it is how much will be debited from their account each month.
        We also need to tell them when they will debited: the 1st 3rd 5th,etc
        Looking forward to seeing this change and others implemented soon.

        Here is a little more clarity on the functionality requested: Add the ability to send 2 different email confirmation emails for forms that have donation frequency enabled: one to one-time donors and another to recurring donors. Currently, all donors, regardless of frequency, receive the exact same email confirmation after donating. This causes confusion among some donors. We’d like to add functionality so that two different types of email confirmations can be sent based on the frequency selected by donors.

        It would be very useful to have an autoresponder for monthly donors that can indicates that someone has, in fact, made a monthly donation.
